It consists of plasticizers, stabilizers, biocides, flame retardants, and U.V. absorbents. This system is resistant to fire, chemicals, grease, high winds, punctures, and works well in wide weather extremes.

Every project is prefabricated by Duro-Last to fit each roof precisely which makes it durable and leak-proof. Once we install the roofing system it is virtually maintenance free.

Once our roof is inspected and approved by a certified Duro-Last inspector, they issue you a 15-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty. We also offer 20-year, 25-year, and 30-year warranties if desired.

Duro-Last Roofing System: 
Low Sloped Metal (Retro-Fit)

This is perfect for any old, leaky, metal roof. This system is applied right over your existing metal deck so there’s no need to tear-off the old metal roof. Due to this, the roofing system can be applied during normal business hours. Special insulation is cut and placed to fill the flutes of the metal roof. Another insulation layer is added to ensure a flat surface and increase the R-value of the roof. The prefabricated membrane is then mechanically-fastened to the deck over the insulation. Since this roofing system is a flexible membrane, it expands and contracts with the weather. In time this system will even save you money due to the reflective white membrane that reflects over 86% of the sun’s energy.
